We would like to thank all of our clients for your cooperation and patience during this time.
Here are some changed guidelines and information with our system so that we can fight through COVID-19 from spreading.
‌It is long but please read through them carefully so that you do not experience any inconvenience.
A P P O I N T M E N T
We are no longer accepting Walk-ins.
You must make an appointment at least 24 hours before so that we can successfully provide you without any inconvenience.
If an appointment canceled within 24 hours or no show, there would be a cancellation fee of 30% of the total service amount.
F O O D   A N D  D R I N K   R E S T R I C T I O N
From now, foods and drinks are not allowed in the salon.
Both outside and inside food/drink.
We are no longer serving drinks of all kinds due to the procedure of wearing masks.
E M P L O Y E E   S A F E T Y   P R O C E D U R E S
All employees will have their temperature taken upon arrival and again at noon.
Our stations, as well as the front desk, have been equipped with acrylic shields to provide a barrier between client and staff member.
As always, all our equipment will be autoclaved and sanitized after each client.
Technicians will be supplied with a new mask for each and every shift.
Chairs and stations will be properly sanitized between each client.
C L I E N T   S A F E T Y   P R O C E D U R E S
Sanitizing stations will be at the entrance.
Please wash your hands when you arrive before anything.
Feel free to bring your own reading material, including books and magazines, as we no longer have them.
Please silence your cell phone in the salon as we need to stay on schedule and create a relaxing atmosphere!

All gratuities must be put in envelopes provided at the front desk to reduce schedule delays.
Payments are made at the front desk, no longer at the stations.
